On the 28th of July at 9:30 pm the most awarded Portuguese Fado singer ever gives a concert in Loulé.
The concert will take place next to the Eng. Duarte Pacheco Monument and is organized by Loulé municipality. At the age of 77, Carlos do Carmo takes on the stage to thank and give back all the kindness and affection received from his fans throughout his carrer of 53 years.
